The couple split up earlier this year after Tracy embarked on an affair with Caleb Milligan, though was burned almost immediately after he elected to repair his marriage with Ruby, who had unexpectedly arrived in the village.
In next week’s scenes, Nate and Tracy will be drawn back together as he spends time with their daughter, Frankie, though the meeting was cut short as Frankie had to leave after receiving a phone call
Tracy, who thought that her feelings for Nate had dissipated, suddenly finds herself confused as she becomes curious as to who Nate is speaking to, with Vanessa also hinting that she might harbour some unresolved feelings for him.
Throughout the week, Tracy continues to wonder if Nate has moved on from her and potentially found somebody new – is she now regretting her choice from months ago?
The developments come ahead of Jurrell Carter’s – who has played Nate since 2019 – exit from the show, with his departure set to occur in the coming weeks.
As well as the storyline with Tracy, Nate will be involved with his father Cain and Moira, who he had previously had an affair with upon entering the village.
Moira and Cain’s relationship begins to unravel next week as he becomes suspicious of her behaviour, though she maintains that nothing is going on.
After Nate and Moira share a harmless drink together, Cain insinuates that he thinks something more sinister may be going on, a suggestion that Nate doesn’t take too kindly to.
Despite imploring him to believe him, Cain continues to be distrustful of Nate – will they be able to move past the disagreement?
