The Taylor family have been tangled in a web of lies ever since Rose Jackson reappeared in the Dales
THE PREVIOUSLY tightly knit Taylor family have been left estranged from each other after months of plotting finally came to light.
Dawn Fletcher confronted her dad after finally discovering the web of lies he has been weaving since her biological mum Rose disappeared.
Rose Jackson went missing from the Dales last month after Kim Tate decided to get revenge.
Will Taylor and Kim have been working together to cover up her disappearance.
After discovering the truth of what happened to her mum, Dawn was left furious to realise the depths of deception her dad had gone to.
Will sent Dawn a series of messages from Rose’s phone to make it seem as if she had abandoned the family again.
Although Dawn initially believed that her mum had up and left, she soon discovered the truth when she came across her on a countryside back road one day.
Rose admitted to spiking Dawn by accident, leaving her daughter horrified.
However, she protested that the the drink was meant for Will and she only did the deed in an attempt to make enough money to pay off her debts.
Dawn felt betrayed and screamed at her mother for worming her way into her life again when she only intended to make money off the Taylors.
But Rose offered Dawn all the money she’d made from her evil plot as a gesture of proof that she really did love her.
She assured her daughter that their relationship really had meant something to her outside of her collaboration on Ruby’s plan to ruin Kim and Will’s marriage.
After the encounter with her mum, Dawn decided to confront her dad for all of his lies, realising that he thought Kim had killed Rose but still decided to cover her tracks.
The pair descended into a shouting match as Dawn revealed she now knows the truth.
Will tried to protest that he was only trying to look out for her and stop her from being devastated that her mum was gone.
Dawn was having none of it, and insisted that her dad had only been interested in saving his own skin.
In a tense final exchange, she warned “I’m done with you” before telling her dad to get out of her house – and her life.
Will the Taylors be able to mend their broken relationship after Rose’s appearance left their family in tatters?
Or are Will’s lies always going to be too much for Dawn to bear?
