This week, Nugget was found unresponsive and was taken to hospital, where his family found out that he
had been taking steroids.
In the latest episode, Nugget woke up in hospital surrounded by his family, and he tried to deny his drug use when Ravi brought it up.
While he eventually admitted to taking steroids, he refused to say who had given him the drugs, despite pressure from his dad.
Meanwhile, Denzel and his family were in high spirits following his big win in the boxing ring, but he soon heard from Avani that Nugget was in hospital, and his family found out about the steroids.

What will happen to Denzel now?
EastEnders’ Denzel Danes has found himself in a difficult situation following Nugget Gulati’s collapse in the latest episode of the show. Nugget was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive, and it was revealed that he had been taking steroids. Despite initially denying his drug use, Nugget eventually admitted to it, but refused to reveal who had supplied him with the steroids.
Meanwhile, Denzel was riding high after a victory in the boxing ring, but his mood quickly turned somber when he learned about Nugget’s hospitalization and steroid use. As Nugget’s family grappled with the news that his kidneys may require long-term dialysis, the police arrived at the hospital to investigate.
The police were determined to track down the drug dealers, but Nugget’s conflicting statements only added to the confusion. Denzel, accused by his friends of involvement in Nugget’s steroid use, denied the accusations but grew anxious when the police became involved.
Elsewhere, Ravi took matters into his own hands by confronting Zack and Phil in search of Nugget’s dealer. Zack, feeling remorseful, admitted to trying to help his son in the past. Howie, suspicious of his son’s behavior, attempted to reach out to Denzel, who avoided him by heading to the gym.
When Howie eventually caught up with Denzel, Zack covered for him but urged him to come clean about the situation. Together, Denzel and Zack faced the truth and headed to the hospital to confess to Ravi and Priya. An enraged Ravi then shifted the blame to Denzel, accusing him of selling steroids to Nugget.
What lies ahead for Denzel in the wake of these accusations? Will he be able to clear his name and prove his innocence?
