KAT Slater makes a chilling discovery about son Tommy Moon in EastEnders.
The youngster – played by Sonny Kendall – has had a difficult few months after his mum Kat split from husband Phil Mitchell.
Tommy had grown close to Phil during the marriage, but after the split, Kat and her children moved out and into new digs.
Now in upcoming EastEnders scenes, Kat and ex-husband Alfie – who adopted Tommy during his marriage to Kat – are sad when Tommy confides in them about how hurt he is that Phil doesn’t seem interested in him anymore.
But later in the week, Kat is mortified when Tommy is caught on camera shoplifting at the Minute Mart.
Jean suggests that Kat needs to find Tommy a job to keep him out of trouble.
While Tommy is suffering with the loss of his relationship with Phil, the hardman is also having a difficult time.
Phil has been caught up in the latest drama to hit the Mitchell family with the arrival of Stevie – Billy’s estranged dad – and then his secret second family; son Teddy and his two kids.
In upcoming scenes, Billy is left devastated when Stevie finally tells him the truth about his mum and her whereabouts, revealing she died some years ago.
Billy is a broken man, and he confides in Phil, who tells him to wise up to who Stevie really is.
Later, Teddy implores Billy not to let this revelation rob them of their relationship.
Billy then talks to Will who misunderstands what he’s saying and reveals that Phil framed Stevie.
Billy rages at Phil for trying to wreck his new family.
Stevie implores Billy and Teddy to hear him out and apologises for everything he’s done before planning to leave Walford.
After a confrontation with Phil, Stevie asks Mo to do him a favour.
Phil is furious to discover his car is missing and calls the police.
Meanwhile, Stevie asks Billy if he can say goodbye to his grandchildren.
Consumed by anger, Phil continues to drive a wedge between himself and everyone close to him.
Billy and Teddy arrange a family dinner at Walford East but don’t invite Phil until Jay asks him to join them.
Teddy tries to smooth things over between the family as Phil takes a seat.
During a tense meal, Phil says some nasty things about Stevie before Harry riles him up over the missing motor.
Will Phil be left regretting his actions?
Tommy’s shoplifting incident at the Minute Mart raises concerns for Kat about his behavior and well-being. Jean’s suggestion for Kat to find Tommy a job highlights the need for positive influences in his life to keep him out of trouble.
On the other side, Phil Mitchell’s involvement in the drama surrounding Stevie and Billy’s family reveals a darker side to his character. His actions drive a wedge between himself and those closest to him, pushing loved ones away in the process.
As the tension escalates, Stevie’s request to Mo and the disappearance of Phil’s car add more layers to the unfolding drama. Will Phil be able to repair the damage he has caused with his actions, or will he be left to regret his choices?
