EastEnders’ latest episode hinted at Nish Panesar’s dark revenge plan for his son Vinny Panesar after a discovery.
Nish had found out Vinny and Suki’s plan to scam him, following him recently being diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Nish returned to Walford and confirmed his heart was failing, and that without a transplant he would die.
With him learning he didn’t have long to live he was keen to get his family back onside, but Suki and Vinny decided to plot to claim back the family empire from the character.
Vinny has feigned love for his father to try and get close to him, but this was uncovered by Nish this week.
Nish overheard Suki and Vinny sharing their hate for him, as well as their brutal plan to take everything he had. In the aftermath,
Vinny and Suki feared he knew everything and tried to get it out of him. But Nish played along, before suggesting he had “big plans” for his son.
Suki had referred to Vinny as her “apprentice” during the conversation that was heard by Nish. On Thursday, viewers heard Nish then use this same word when talking about his son, a major hint that he’d heard everything.
Suki appeared to catch on and looked nervous, while Vinny didn’t even seem to realise Nish was likely taunting him. Both in this scene and a later scene we saw Nish telling Vinny he had huge plans for him and that he shouldn’t worry.
Nish had just offered the call centre business to son Ravi and not Vinny leaving him feeling pushed out. It’s then that Nish claimed to him and Suki that he had something planned for him, with this leaving Suki worried.
Given Nish’s murderous ways and the fact he very clearly heard Vinny’s betrayal, is the “big plan” he has in store for him a brutal revenge? Amid viewers fearing Vinny could be killed off, will Nish take the ultimate payback against his own child?
Viewers will have to stay tuned to find out what exactly Nish is planning for Vinny and Suki, and if it could lead to a shocking exit. We still don’t know for sure that Nish is leaving the show despite his ill health!
