EastEnders: Suki finally reveals the truth about The Six and Keanu’s de@th to Eve, causing Eve to feel disg^sted and further straining their relationship

Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) was struggling in EastEnders tonight, curious as to why Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) was prioritising a m.u.r.d.e.r trial over her family.

Surprisingly, Eve has no idea about Suki’s involvement in Nish’s (Navin Chowdhry) attack and Keanu’s (Danny Walters) m.u.r.d.e.r that occurred on Christmas Day.

Unlike Linda and Sharon (Letitia Dean), Suki has managed to process the events and carry on with her life. This week though, everything that happened last December was dug back up as a result of Dean’s (Matt Di Angelo) trial.

While the focus for the trial has been on Linda, Sharon and Stacey (Lacey Turner), Suki, Kathy (Gillian Taylforth) and Denise (Diane Parish) took it upon themselves to attend in support.

Also this week, the Slater family have been celebrating Charli’s birthday. When Eve told Suki about karaoke and attending Charli’s party, she found it hard to understand why her partner wanted to attend the trial instead.

Because Suki wasn’t telling her the truth, it looked as though she didn’t want to spend time with the always loud and chaotic Slater clan.

In tonight’s episode of the B.B.C One soap, Suki returned home after an emergency meeting with The Six. They were pondering over what would happen next due to Dean throwing the trial up in the air and confessing that he r.a.p.e.d Linda in 2014.

The group concluded that the police will have no choice but to go over every single detail from Christmas Day, leaving them aware the ordeal would carry on for even longer than they expected.

Once Suki got back, a curious Eve wasted no time in questioning her. She couldn’t understand why Suki would attend a trial she played no part in, but Suki stayed quiet and rushed away for a shower instead.

Afterwards, Suki found Eve at The Albert. They discussed their upcoming wedding and Eve reminded Suki that showing emotion doesn’t make her weak, it just brings them closer together.

Suki seemed so desperate to tell Eve everything. She said that she really wants to, but can’t.

Now Linda has confessed to the police about murdering Keanu though, will Suki tell Eve the truth once the ordeal is over?
