Emmerdale fans ‘rumble’ who’s working with Rose Jakcson to take down Kim Tate
Emmerdale’s Rose Jackson has finally been exposed for her wicked schemes.
Rose, the estranged ex-wife of Will Taylor and mother to Dawn Taylor, arrived in the village earlier this year. It quickly became apparent that she was conspiring with Ruby Fox-Milligan to bring down Will’s new wife, Kim Tate.
Last week, Ruby continued to pressure Rose into executing their malicious plan, leading her to meet a dealer who provided her with a tranquilliser vial on the outskirts of the village.
As Rose reconnected with her estranged daughter Dawn, it was evident she was having second thoughts about her evil plan to sabotage Will’s marriage to Kim by drugging him. Despite her internal conflict, she proceeded with the plan.

Rose aimed to target her ex-husband Will by lacing his drink with the tranquilliser. However, in classic soap opera fashion, just as she served him a drink, Dawn and Kim returned home with more drinks, causing Rose to lose track of which one was spiked in her panic, reports the Mirror.
Initially, it seemed that Will had consumed the spiked drink as he suddenly felt unwell, but after a short rest, he felt better. Later, the true victim was revealed to be Dawn, who was involved in a terrifying car accident where Ella Forster was also hurt.
Dawn, who has battled drug addiction in the past, assured her family she hadn’t relapsed and voiced her suspicion that she had been drugged.

Later on at Home Farm, Dawn orchestrated a family meeting, where she divulged her suspicion that she had been slipped something, indicating that the only drink she’d touched was at home.
This led to her accusing her own family for their suspected role in the act, stating: “It had to be someone in here that did it…” Hastily facing blame herself, Rose deftly shifted the blame onto Kim, implying the latter might have plotted to drug her and Dawn inadvertently consumed it instead.
In spite of her strong protests that it was indeed Rose who was behind the whole plot, Kim found herself losing Dawn’s support as Dawn recalled old memories of similar wrongs by Kim, which even involved spiking Dawn herself years ago. As Thursday’s episode concluded, we saw Kim’s family taking sides against her in favour of Rose.

Friday night’s scenes saw Kim managing to almost convince some members of her family that she wasn’t responsible for the drugging. Nevertheless, things took a grim turn when Rose pulled strings to have her dealer show up at Home Farm, alleging Kim purchased items and owed him money.
Kim called foul play with assertions she’d never met the man and was being framed. Yet, she couldn’t sway Dawn whose firm stance forced Kim to leave Home Farm and let Dawn reside there with her ill son Evan, amidst his hospital visits.
Friday’s cliffhanger saw Kim Tate (Claire King) clocking Rose (Olivia Bromley) in a dodgy exchange with a dealer, leaving fans on tenterhooks. Come Monday, Rose was looking pretty chuffed at Home Farm, thinking she’d pulled the wool over everyone’s eyes.
But little did she know, Lydia D.i.n.g.l.e (Karen Blick) was on to her, having hit record on baby Evan’s monitor and catching an entire phone call that blew Rose’s cover sky-high.

Lydia wasted no time spilling the beans to Kim, but the Home Farm queen isn’t ready to pounce just yet she’s playing the long game to suss out who’s really pulling Rose’s strings.
Fans on Twitter are buzzing with theories, with some suspecting that Kim’s not-so-dead son Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln), who has a history of trying to off his mum, might be the puppet master.
