EastEnders is set to deliver some explosive scenes in the coming week.
Next week’s spoilers reveal that Lauren Branning will be left shaken by news concerning her son, Louie Beale. In another twist, Ian Beale drops a bombshell, creating a new mystery for his character and leaving his on-off partner Cindy Beale worried.
Meanwhile, Anna Knight ends up in hospital after her drink is spiked in horrifying scenes. Here are the major storylines to look forward to next week on EastEnders….
Lauren Branning shocked by news about Louie Beale.
In future episodes, Lauren Branning is taken aback when she finds her son Louie playing football with Junior, Alfie, and Tommy. However, the situation quickly becomes tense when Junior questions Louie’s academic abilities, leading to an angry departure from Lauren, reports the Mirror.
Later, Penny tries to mediate, echoing Junior’s concerns about Louie’s struggles at school.
Initially defensive, Lauren begins to soften after receiving advice from Kathy, and later goes to The Vic to apologise for her earlier reaction. Over a drink, Junior offers some encouraging words.
Later in the week, Lauren learns that Louie has been having difficulties at school, leading to a confrontation with Kathy, whom she mistakenly believes is being insensitive about the situation.

Later, Junior encounters Lauren and they exchange numbers when Junior suggests connecting her with a friend of Xavier’s regarding Louie. Peter, who has been absent from Walford for two days, interrupts their conversation but Lauren, not in the mood for his sarcasm, storms off with Louie.
The situation deteriorates further when Peter tries to show his support for Lauren but unintentionally offends her again. Later, Peter apologises to Lauren and proposes moving in with her, but she requests time to consider….
Ian Beale stuns family with unexpected revelation.
Next week, Ian Beale shocks his family as he triggers intrigue in forthcoming scenes. After his family realise he is being dishonest this week, next week’s spoilers add more mystery.
In these scenes, Ian gets ready to depart for his supposed leadership course, under the disapproving gaze of his son Peter. Meanwhile, Cindy, his on-and-off partner, grows suspicious when she examines the contents of his suitcase and decides to question Kathy, whom she suspects is covering for her son Ian.
Heeding Kathy’s advice, Cindy goes to Beale’s Eels to confront Ian directly about whether he is having an affair, but he assures her he isn’t. Later, Cindy uncovers another clue that makes her suspect otherwise, and she persuades George to take her to a mysterious address in an attempt to uncover Ian’s secret.
Later, Cindy and George confront Ian after driving to the mystery address before Peter and Bobby arrive. After heading home, Cindy attempts to speak to Ian but it’s not long until he reveals another shocking truth.
After the bombshell, Cindy heads to The Vic for a drink where Peter arrives to console her. What has Ian revealed?
Anna hospitalised after spiking horror.
Anna Knight will get her drink spiked in hard-hitting and upsetting scenes next week. Anna will find herself in danger when she gets spiked whilst on a night out at Peggy’s with her friends.
During the night out, the group soon become concerned for Anna’s welfare when they suspect she may have been spiked but when they look for her she is nowhere to be seen in a worrying twist.
Later in the week, Anna wakes up in hospital having been spiked. Once back at The Vic, Anna’s sister Gina tries to convince her to report the incident to the police but she is adamant she doesn’t want to.
Sensing Gina is overwhelmed with the situation, a concerned Freddie arrives to support Anna.
Meanwhile, Bobby is worried about his relationship with Anna due to the events of the past couple of days and is left horrified to learn that she was spiked. Bobby tries to be supportive but accidentally puts his foot in it, which results in Anna leaving.
This prompts Freddie to try and support both Bobby and Anna. Later in the week, Anna bravely tells dad George about the spiking on Freddie’s advice.
